We are proud that a number of them have achieved B.E.S.T. in Baking status. What is B.E.S.T. in baking? The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE)'s Becoming Environmentally Sustainable Together (B.E.S.T.) in Baking program was launched in 2010 as part of a commitment to positive transformation within the grain-based food industry. B.E.S.T. in Baking recognizes suppliers that foster energy conservation, reduced water usage, a decrease in landfill waste, healthy living and/or a reduction of the overall impact on the environment.
