What is B.E.S.T. in baking? The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE)'s Becoming Environmentally Sustainable Together (B.E.S.T.) in Baking program was launched in 2010 as part of a commitment to positive transformation within the grain-based food industry. B.E.S.T. in Baking recognizes suppliers that foster energy conservation, reduced water usage, a decrease in landfill waste, healthy living and/or a reduction of the overall impact on the environment.
